We make fresh out of the pot, made to order tamales! These are not made by a recipe the way they are made have been passed down from 3 generations. These tamales are stuffed with a ton of meat too.

TAMALES are great for parties, holidays, football Sunday, potlucks, meetings, or if YOU JUST DONT FEEL LIKE COOKING :)

These are not your restaurant style tamales and are not the kind you will see at a taqueria. These are authentic and made with 100% love.

We make them by the dozen and here are the prices:

Chicken........ ONLY $15 (1.25ea)
Pork............. ONLY $15 (1.25ea)
Beef............. ONLY $18 (1.50ea)

We make them to your taste with light, mild, spicy, or hot so no worries about it being too spicy or not spicy enough :)

We will deliver at no charge as long as you do not live too far from us, BUT pick up is best as we do serve them steaming hot out of the pot, but please pick them up at the time you specify because we do not want to serve you cold food :)

We can do big events for you as well, we just ask you order enough in advance so we can get all of the ingredients the freshest for you :)

Unfortunately we dont do samples as meat is very expensive and its hard to only make onsies and twosies.

Yah i know but id want em fresh and still hot when i got home to eat em lol. 

She wraps them in foil so they stay hot. Ours stayed hot for a couple hours. 

As long as they are picked up on time they do stay pretty HOT :) 

Or even better we could wait to steam them till they are picked up and then you could have them still hot by the time you made it home :)

How big are they and how much meat in each? 

They are mostly meat we dont cake on the masa or use "fillers" its all meat. If youd like you can peek at the picture in my profile for the size of them :)

There is a lot variation of tamales,me personally i like them better with little more masa not just meat,the "fillers"like you say give a lot of flavor and the meat is not all in the whole tamale,is like 50 & 50,masa and filling,a "stuffed puppie" does not mean a good tasting tamal...believe me 

Oh they are good. Not to much meat or to much mesa. They had a ton of flavor. My eight year was begging for one as soon as they landed in tge car they smelt so good.

Ooooh, yummy! How far in advance do you need an order? 

WE can make them in as little as five hour notice. But if its a larger order a day is best so we can get the meat and ingredients :)
