http://spotsavespets.org/ contact them and see if they are still doing it. We had our female fixed through them with Surfside in September. They schedule the appt that same week. Never paid anything....

We had our female fixed through Surfside through the program from SPOT. Everything was 100% covered including pain meds. They were wonderful and we have kept them as our vet ever since. Love Surfside!...

The deal through groupon is the same company that does the operation hi honey. The canvas for operation hi honey is 16x20 They do great work.

I would look into living in Portland which is about 15 min from Corpus. Better school district, less crime. Some areas in Corpus are not great at all.
