She sounds like a real jacka** to me. My husband said guys were trying to talk to her when she was at the px and she was brushing them off and giving them the cold shoulder. She wouldn't have anything to do with the men, just the women. I'm not a fan of hers anyways and I don't think what she did was right =/
ETA- I met her before she was big and she was a total twat waffle. My friend saw her in concert and said she was very snotty. So...Im glad she has fans because no other industry would fit her 'personality'.
Some haters in here...for one if she is rude so be it who cares she is a normal person just like anyone else on top of that she is female. Some of you women act like y'all don't PMS. I think it's cool and would love the chance just to check it out. She is here to work. And to say she doesn't care about anyone is kinda a stretch...she is famous she can't treat everyone like her best friend. I'm by no means her biggest fan but looking at it from her side you have no idea what kinda of schedule she is running...she is probably running on no sleep and working long hours.
lol... my husband's friend asked him to throw him a pen so he could get an autograph... hubby threw the pen and hit katy perry... My husband hit Katy Perry with a pen.... i wish i was there to have seen it!
Can you imagine how many men probably give her attention on a daily basis? I wouldn't blame her for ignoring some people, especially a certain gender. I'm sure it must get old, very quickly. Same with the paparazzi. I would go insane with those idiots following me around, so I can understand when "celebs" lash out at them.
Sometimes life of the rich and famous isn't all that rich, and isn't all that it's cracked up to be. I personally wouldn't like that kind of life.
I wasn't pointing out names...I was just making a general comment to everyone. People probably think that she chose this life and the attention comes with fame. I agree it sure does, but if no one made movies, TV shows, or music, the world would be soooo boring. To me it's more of a curse to be famous, I wouldn't want it either Fuego.
I'm trying to think of someone that would dazzle me enough to go seek them out on base (or in my local community) if I knew they were there. I can't think of anyone. I like Adam Sandler and LL Cool J, but honestly unless they were offering my brunch and a sit down, I rather just watch their movies and listen to their jams.
(ps- I share cake with mikeness from social distortion. I didn't reconize him, he kept asking if I knew who he was. I figured it out a little later on, and I said "well, maybe I would have cared had I known." (probably wouldn't have ate off his fork, haha)
I was just trying to come up with someone as well and couldn't think of anyone. Not saying theres anything wrong with people getting excited. Its great you can have the opportunity and have fun. It just made me reflect on who I'd want to come to base. This probably sounds corney but it would be someone who went though something extradordinary in their life like a POW or one of the guys trapped in the Mine for all those days. Thoughs are the types of books I read too. We don't buy music. Just listen to it in the car on the radio. I'll be in trouble when my 4 year old girl gets into all these Stars cause this mama is clueless.
I get what your saying. But maybe there is that one person who really likes her. I know for me some older singers music really helped me through my tough childhood. I know that sounds lame, but ya unless I was interacting face to face, I would not try and run into them..
