There isn't a sales tax in Oregon. But Vancouver is just across the river.. seriously its only a 10 minute drive over into Oregon. I do ALL my shopping in Oregon.

I didnt tip our movers money. But since they couldn't pack up our liquor I gave them ALL the alcohol in my house. They loved it!!!
