eBay? It's tedious, but that's usually how I sell my kids' higher-end clothes. I do it in batches, usually, so it's not so time consuming. People pay more on there than the base yard sale-type sites.

There are also 10 single-family, 5-bedroom homes in San Onofre 1 that are scattered amongst the neighborhood that are for E6+. Also, 3/4 bedroom duplexes for E6+. Lots have fab ocean views :)
