Does any one know if these houses have carpet down stair or what type of flooring do they have. We are on the waiting list and said we will be given a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex in San Onofre 1. Thanks in advance 

As people have been moving out, they've been installing the vinyl "wood"-looking flooring in all the main living areas. The bedrooms and stairs remain carpeted. :)
