Hi my family and I are moving to Pendleton this summer and wondering what housing is best for a family with 4 kids and 2 dogs?? I have lived in Stuart mesa before and they didn't allowed pets. Must have a fenced in back yard we currently have one. Any first hand information would be greatly appreciated. We rate a 4 bedroom and rank is e-8

San Onofre 1. There are two streets of single family homes, right across from the school, for E8/E9. San Onofre Elementary is K-8, then it feeds into San Clemente High School, a MUCH better option than Oceanside schools. The houses are older, they were all remodeled in 2002, but the floor plan wasn't updated, so the rooms are smaller, one car garages, but San Clemente is an awesome little surf town - great shopping and restaurants. You'll love it :) 

There are also 10 single-family, 5-bedroom homes in San Onofre 1 that are scattered amongst the neighborhood that are for E6+. Also, 3/4 bedroom duplexes for E6+. Lots have fab ocean views :)
