They DO NOT cover correct? UNLESS it has damage due to flood, fire etc??

We moved out of base housing a year ago, they covered my carpets and blinds, that is all we were charged for. They even called housing and paid it, I called a few weeks after we moved and housing said it was paid off. 

I would just call and ask. We just paid for ours because it wasn't much more then our deductible. 

They paid for my carpet when I left my old apt. 

Ijust did my move out today with usaa and they paid everything except for the flea treatment you get charged no matter what... I was charged for a carpet replacement in one bedroom and a vynil replacement.. 

ECC, what did you tell them when you called?
