I am wanting to make some extra money and wanted some opinions. I am a stay at home mom and really canont afford to go to work because it would cost too much in childcare to go to work. I don't have a college degree but doing online school now. My question is what are some things that you think i could do for money or what do you think you would pay someone for? I can work on the weekends when my husband is off, so i could clean houses, wash cars, detail cars, fold clothes, ect. Would you pay someone to come to your house and wash your car and help with your cleaning?

Have you thought about being a waitress? I've done it for 9 yrs on and off. If my husband is working days, I work nights & vice versa.

I was also an FCC provider....have you looked into that?

I don't think i would be able to waitress. He doesn't have a set schedule. He will work 18-20hrs one day and then work 12 hrs. Sometimes he works night and then has to sleep all day. I have watched kids in the past but the women didn't want to pay what i asked and ended up paying me $3hr for 2 kids. I would try it again though. Thanks.

Or try looking into daycares where you can work and your children can go also for free or a discounted rate. I know we had these back home so I'd imagine there's something like that here

if you become an FCC provider there are set fees they pay you based on their income and many qualify for compensation so you would still get paid the same amount.
they need people. there is a sign about it in the Fisher Center.

Okay, thank you. I haven't looked into the FCC yet because i don't really know much about or how to get registered. I will look into it. Thanks all.

Like stated above.....FCC is a set price. Definitely look into it. =0)

When my kids were little I did the childcare thing once they grew the amount of money I needed grew ( funny how that works lol ) so I worked evenings after hubby got home or I worked from home - last five years I've done tech support from home hourly pay which works for us but again my children are older. Need a quiet home for these jobs lol
