We currently have Sparklets, been with them for 3 years and never had a problem. Now it seems to be something new every couple of weeks. Frustrating. 

I have culligan for a soft water system and a filter system under the sink. No more bubbler. When we did have a bubbler we bought it at Target and filled the 5 gal jugs at the PX super cheap. 

jamiemike how did the water bubbler water taste from target? I have been wanting to get one, but I don't like the way tap water taste and I'm worried the water from the PX will taste like tap water.

The water dispensaries on base do NOT taste like tap water and tastes clean. 25 cents per gallon is pretty affordable to stock up on water. The "startup" (5 gallon jugs, dispenser) will cost you, but you'll spend significantly less filling it yourself. While people like the ease of delivery, it's no biggie filling it myself. 

The water is filtered through reverse osmosis, or something like that. It's the same way the filter the water you can get delivered. It taste great to me. I won't drink tap water either.

We had the thing under the sink and I didnt like it. The water tasted gross to me. And I want someone to deliver, I dont want to hassle with filling them up and lugging them around. Have any of you heard of Mountain Spring?
