I have been trying to get my rings fixed since july I finally said screw the warranty I will pay cash. I still have to fight tooth and nail to get my rings fixed. After three weeks of fighting and my rings still not being fixed I told them to just give them back. I couldn't even get them back. They decided to go ahead and get them fixed after I told them not to and tried to charge me more then what they said it was. This place has terrible customer service and I contacted coorperate and they did nothing about it. I had been a customer for 6years. Now I will never go back. I want to help others not have the same hassels. Thanks for reading hope everyone has a great day.
