I need a good dining room table one that is going to be able to take some abuse because the table we have has only lasted two years and we are down to two chairs. And its just because they are really weak we brought it at furniture warehouse which was a big mistake. I want something nice but a decent price. Any suggestion. 

I am saving AALLLLLLLL my money to buy Ethan Allen furniture. *drools* Well, I don't think I'll be able to afford it, but, that's my ideal. 

Ya I really like ethan allen and also Basset but I have a two year old and a baby on the way so I just don't feel like forking out a large sum of money to have a mural colored on it or something, I guess I am pretty much just looking for something that is dependable and isn't going to fall apart in a few years after a move or two. 

We bought our bed from Mor Furniture -- they seemed to have nice furniture & it was affordable.

Our dining room table is from Ashley -- we've had it 2 years & it's made 4 moves & it's still in great shape. 

ok I'll look at ashley's I found great chairs on amazon fo 70 a piece but I can't pass them up so I need to find a seperate table or something.

Check Craigslist & PendletonYardSales -- you might get a food find there! 

We really liked Jeromes... thats where we got our couch. 

we got a nice dining table at jeromes for like $500 or so. it's very thick and sturdy. 4 chairs and a bench.
