this is my third pregnancy and iv never experienced so much discomfort.

shes deff started to drop cause im due feb first.

while yesterday and today im having the worst pressure discomfort "down there" i didnt have this with my last two until i was having contraction. and am just wondering if its comman to feel such pressure without contractions(im at the point where if i bend i feel my pelvic bone wil break and she will be waving oout of my whoha. ) and if it is comman is there anything i can doo too help relieve it> i just know im not in labor cause i remember contractions and this presure is not it.so i dont wanna go to labor n delievery just to cme home for something comman. so i was just curious what my pu ladies thought befor i bug my dr

i figured i could be dialating butwith no other labor signs i figured tgey would just send me home

Yes it is common. The pressure doesn't necessarily mean you are dilating it just means she is dropping. Take a bath, or find a pool to float in, it will relieve the pressure from your lady parts.

I have been having that too, but also contractions with back and front cramping for the last two weeks! Everything about it is real accept I am only at a 1. I didn't have anything like this with my first two either!

I had crazy pelvic pressure the last month of my pregnancy. My OB recommended laying on the floor and placing a yoga block under my back near my tail bone and just laying with my knees bend for a few minutes. It was amazing how much pressure it relieves. I started practicing yoga after I had my son and we often do this in class too.

Move the block around until you find the spot that relieves the most pressure for you.

I have the same problem but also horrible crippling back pain when the baby gets in certain positions. I'm due Feb 14 and it started 2 weeks ago for me. Sometimes it hurts to sit, if I'm laying down I have to have my legs spread. Ahhhh the joys of pregnancy.

while i fully understand that i am not a doctor... i would say change your socks and drink some water and you will be all fixed up...

It never hurts to call your doc and ask too if nothing else works. The 19th is a long time to wait for an answer if everything youre trying at home isn't working. I've had 2 girls and they both did that to me during my last 2 months. There are some really good suggestions up here I would try them all(especially the bath) and if youre still in pain, call your doc. If they think you need to be seen they will tell you.
