Salad. You can never go wrong with a fresh salad.

HavingaBOY --- 13 years ago -

Im making a pot roast w/ veggies and mashed potatoes...

krystal --- 13 years ago -

Meep --- 13 years ago -

I am making pulled pork sandwiches, and salad. I try to add a bit of "green" with every meal.

Meep --- 13 years ago -

I agree with the salad, or even sauted/steamed veggies.

I would saute some zucchini and add a bit of the sauce you used for the chicken at the end.

YeaOk --- 13 years ago -

We are having loaded potato soup.

IrishTwinsx2plus1 --- 13 years ago -

Hubby is in the field so I'm going to give into my pregnancy craving, chillie cheese fries from Del Taco. The kids love there bean and cheese burritos so it will be a easy night.

Crockpot chicken and dumplings

So easy! Throw 4-5 chicken breasts in the crock pot, pour a bottle of Hawaiian barbeque sauce over it, and a can of drained pineapple chunks. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, shred and coat in sauce.

I served it over white rice and it was yummy =) The barbeque sauce is from target!

inkdpunk --- 13 years ago -

shred and coat in sauce.

Kind of like you'd shred for pulled pork.

BTW, Brayden's mommy, that sounds so delicious.

I think we will have this tomorrow! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Do you put your crock at low or high heat?
