Me and the hubbs went there for my bday. I had gone when i was young like 10 and loved it. he was like this is going to be soooo lame. We had a lot of fun!

TanyaB --- 6 years ago -

I've always wanted to take my son to the pirate dinner. He LOVES pirates. It's so expensive though :/

They're having a sale on tickets too. I posted it in another thread.

PirateSunShine --- 6 years ago -

i didn't have as much fun as i did at pirate adventures..

SuKitty --- 6 years ago -

is the food at midieval times good? is it filling?

shesfromthevalley --- 6 years ago -

I LOVE medievil times! When I went last time, the guy that did all the announcing loved my daughter and brought her flowers and she gave him hugs. It was seriously adorable.

Hokey*Pokey --- 6 years ago -

I've never been to the one out here but I have been to the one near Chicago a few times. I love that place! I told my husband I want to go there for my next birthday :)

SuKitty --- 6 years ago -

Any reviews on the food??

HMDT --- 6 years ago -

the food was good at the one i went to in Dallas. you eat with your hands. it was really fun.

Hokey*Pokey --- 6 years ago -

the one i went to they had soup, bread, chicken, and dessert. It was a lot to eat and you ate everything with your hands (soup you had to sip from the bowl). I liked the food a lot, but my tastes aren't fancy

**********UPDATE**********

Just for the weekend - Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Make this weekend a special one with our Labor Day treat. All tickets are $29.95 at participating castles. Check out www.medievaltimes.com for details! Use promo code 29WEB when making reservations.

I'm taking my parents in October! :)

Regarding the food:

Personally, I did not like it. I have posted about the food previously and included pictures. It was canned Campbells tomato soup, garlic toast, chicken, one small rib, a half potato and an apple turnover. By no means a gourmet meal. I would definitely go if I was going to take someone that had never been before, but I wouldn't go just for fun because I wanted to. The show was much, much better than the food.

It's simple but delicious and yes, VERY filling. You get soup, Texas toast, ribs, potato and a ton of chicken, apple turnover + drinks. Of course it's not gourmet, it's MEDIEVAL times lol I've been 3 or 4 times now... I think the soup is really tasty. Is it really Campbells because I don't normally like theirs?

Heathery with Iconic Images --- 6 years ago -

I made my reservations today. I had to call in to get this deal.

LakerGirl --- 6 years ago -

Mrs. Patch, I remember you talking about how awful the food was. The discount tickets are a good deal, but I would never go at regular price. If I'm going to pay that much for dinner and a show, I'll go to Dar Maghreb in L.A. :)

Mrs Patch --- 6 years ago -

I just called and the CS told me that they're having a difficulty with the online system, but if you call them directly 1-866-543-9637 they can do it over the phone for you :)

*Stuart Mesa mother of 1* --- 6 years ago -

Thanks how long is the code good for? Am I able to do it tomorrow?

Mrs Patch --- 6 years ago -

Oh it's canned alright.

We paid $81 for the two of us last year. I would have at least liked a decent meal for that price. It was merely OK. I'm picky I guess.

LG - Definitely our next "dinner and show" I want to try is a Murder Mystery.

x2

Mrs Patch --- 6 years ago -

The 29WEB code and offer is ONLY good for shows THIS Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. SO you can call and order your tickets for those days anytime, but it's only valid for those days. It's a Labor Day weekend special. The rest of the time they have the $35 special.

*Stuart Mesa mother of 1* --- 6 years ago -

Okay Awesome! I know what I am doing with my son on Sunday!

*Stuart Mesa mother of 1* --- 6 years ago -

Later one. Not 100% though if going. We shall see.

Charli Transue Photo --- 6 years ago -

I was thinking 330p, only cause I got the lil ones.

*Stuart Mesa mother of 1* --- 6 years ago -
