Hi Girl, I was just told by housing that a house is available to me on Brodrick St. Can you girls give me the heads up on this street?? Is this one of the "party" streets?? Any info would help. Thanks!!! 

oh I use to live on brodrick st in staurt mesa this was 4 years ago. I loved base housing.

I drive down there on my way home every day. It seems mellow.

i walk my dogs down there at night and it always seems to be very quite... i think I've only seen one or two "parties" in the 10 months we've lived here

Haha that's probably Doo S old house! She moved of broderick like a week ago. She never had problems with parties, but her immediate neighbors chain smoked and their butts were always on her porch, and the folks across the way play basketball til like 3 am.

I fond a thread where she gave her address for a "curb pickp", no its not her old house. I PMed her and she told me about one house she had trouble with, but it was because her house and that of another street were back to back.
