lol, no I don't work there, I just always feel bad whenever they bring me my strawberry limeade, and they are so young and awkward anyways, and then they go and put them on skates. I didn't even care about the "retarded" comment, my sister in law has downs and I don't care how people use the word, I personally don't, but whatever. I just get pissed when people don't express some empathy for these kids on roller skates. I can barely walk without tripping, let alone wheel around.

If there truly is an issue, it is the managers fault and job to fix any discrepancies in training...just don't take it out on the kids...and no damn it all I don't have a kid that works there. 

I haven't been to Sonics but I hate going somewhere and getting terrible customer service. It can be a store, or a fast food place I'm paying for a service and I expect to get what I'm paying for.
