My husband and I moved down to La Mesa in a Lincoln Housing community. We used to live in Oceanside but he is stationed out of Mira Mar. The commute was just too much and so now we don't know anybody down here. I am also under the Mira Mar underground. I stay at home with my step twins and go to school online. Just looking for like minded people for he and I to get together with. 

Sooooo if the commute was too much, how do you expect to get together with the people of Pendleton, if you meet any?

Wow is everyone as rude? I am new to this base and area. As far as getting together I saw that quite a few from the other site are here. They said alot of people down here are on the Pendleton one. As far as my spelling generally I have excellent spelling. I have twins running around and am super tired today. Hubby has duty. No my last name is not Goulet. We used to live in Oceanside as well so I do have friends from up there. I am from SoCal and met him here. 

The San Diego people suggested going here to meet people but if everyone is that rude then nevermind.

I have zero tolerance for rudeness sorry. As I said I am from California and have dealt with it enough. It is just bad manners and rude to do to someone you don't know especially. Nevermind though the other site was much friendlier. I don't need that sort of behavior around me or our kids.

I am 35 years old and this isn't my first rodeo trust me. I have much thicker skin than you even know. See it is comments like that though that come across rude. You don't know me and I don't know any of you. So making judgments and being rude is uncalled for. I was looking for other stay at home moms with young children that had the same interests as me. That is it not childish drama. For those of you that were nice have a good day. 

Does anyone else feel like they just got slapped in the face with an estrogen steel paddle? I didnt say anything rude but If thats how you took it you obviously dont have as thick of a skin as you think you do and wow you have made it to 35 congrats! Age has nothing to do with you being super sensitive.
