I am from Illinois and got bit all the time there. Benadryl spray for helps. Scotch tape pulls the stuff out that makes it itchy. Its weird but there is something in the tape.

I take a pill to stabalize my mood but they are also boost metabolism and surpress hunger. Wounderful thing is their all natural! Called 5-HTP.
