I realize that I complain about living in SoCal way too much. It's time I think of at least 5 things I love about it here:
1. I love love LOVE the ocean!
2. Easy accessible beach.
3. I love the people.
4. I've grown a lot as a person here (don't know if that was Cali or old age)
5. And I love being around Marines! 

6. Carne asada fries 

Weather all year around! 

1) absolutely everything about the ocean
2) being able to see mountains in the distance
3) sunset market on thursday-amazing food and fun atmosphere
4) being within a reasonable distance to every store and restaurant you could want, really all sorts of entertainment
5) padres games! 

It's not Camp Lejeune and I never have to go back there.

Everything else is just the icing on the cake. 

1. Beach, mountains and desert all within an hour's drive...well for me at least. :)

2. Carne asada fries! Carne asada anything!

3. Baseball paradise...Padres, Angels, Dodgers and minor league ball all over the place.

4. Awesome food everywhere

5. Weather, shorts year around pretty much.
