I am throwing a baby shower for my friend this spring. Can the Las Pulgas barn can be reserved for a group? If so, who would I contact? I checked MCCS online but I didn't find anything. I also searched Las Pulgas and Las Pulgas barn on a search engine but I didn't find anything useful. 

I think it's leased out to the boy scouts long term. They use it for Jamborees and camping. 

You have to contact the Game Wardens Office On Base.
They manage everything to do with that place.. When we had a party last year we went through them.
