We have been looking for a house to rent in the bonsall school district and no luck. Any good websites to help us we have pets which isnt helping, their our family an outside dog is not an option! 

Have you tried contacting any realtors? I don't know how common it is, but several people I know that bought a house and got orders elsewhere hired their realtors to be their property manager.
