We just moved to Camp Lejeune and everyone told me to stay away from Century 21. Luckily, I met a great relator. Her name is Cristina Page Jurado. Cris worked with me for at least a month or two trying to find the right house. When we finally arrived in North Carolina we went house hunting the next day. A gentleman selling his home saw us viewing a rental near his place. Long story short Cris convinced the guy to rent his home and for him to stay within our budget. I looked at multiple houses in the Hubert area and the house that was up for sell was the nicest of them all. Thank goodness she is good at negoitating. She is not pushy by any means. They are all good at getting you into a house. It's after that you find out how badly they suck.

Make sure you sign a long term lease if you love the house and area, otherwise they will raise your rent every 6 months for starters.
