A Post-Pregnancy belly band. I had a c-section a week ago but I need something that can give me support and helps me with my tummy :/ ... I tired going to mother hood at the mall but they don't have the store anymore. I need something good and not to expensive (nothing over 60 bucks) if possible. I would rather go to a store then to order online as well. TIA!!!

There's a Motherhood at UTC in La Jolla.

I know you said nothing over $60 but I loved this one. I was able to sleep well and move about comfortably.

You can get one at Wal-Mart or Target for inexpensive. I got one from there and I loved it!!!!!

I never needee one, so no clue if this would work, but what about using an ace bandage and wrapping it around yourself.

Do you happen to know the name for it?

My SIL has had 3 C-Sections and that's what she did with all of them.

They are by the bra/Panties area. They are just called girdles. They work so great!! I pretty much wore mine 24/7 for like the 1st month and my stomach was flat again. (I did that with both kids) Good Luck!!

I'm surprised that the hospital did not provide you with one considering the research on how it positively impacts recovery and also minimizes the amount of pain medicine needed during recovery. When I had a c-section the hospital provided me with one and encouraged it's use. Just make sure you are getting one for post-operative support rather than the type that work like a girdle. It's not good to use that type in the immediate post-cesarean time period.

Well I had my baby at the naval hospital. I do have that I got from mother hood but I fell like I need a better one or a bigger ( as an top to bottom). It's just that by the time I went back to the store it was already gone....
