What are the "signs" from interested people to stay away from?

Im selling my Cannon and all its extras and want to be sure I dont get fooled buy someone trying to scam me if you know what I mean :)

If you are selling, it doesn't matter. The only thing that could really go wrong is if you hand them the camera waiting for your money and they run. Bring your husband and hope hes faster. Don't take checks. What exactly are you concerned about? 

Yah no checks for sure. I dont know I guess Im afraid they are going to come and try to pull a cocky attitude and get me to sell a lot less IMO opion what Im selling is a steal for what it all comes with.

yah I did tell them I'd only meet with him there OR he could meet my husband up at his work in Pulgas (his facebook says he's a Marine...yah I looked lol) 

I (and a lot of people are different) would meet at a public spot like maybe McDonald's or Commissary parking lot. Have them inspect the item 100% and show that it works. Do the sale and then leave. That way they don't know where you live and come back asking for a refund (especially if they've toyed with it and break it). And yes, do not go alone :-) 

All great tips. If you don't want any haggling just list "firm" on the price. Or make sure you agree on a price before you meet.

I gave them a time that I have free to meet at Dunkin (with my husband) they have to check their schedule, for some reason I just got a bad vibe, not sure why but guess it does not hurt to be extra cautious :)
