I made grilled chicken taco salads for dinner last night... my mom gave me the Perfect Tortilla Bowls for my birthday (As seen on TV!), they are a type of pan that you put a tortilla in to then bake into a bowl. So good! 

Pinterest will be your best friend. Trust me! 

Crock pot chicken tacos are good and sooooo easy. I put two chicken breast and about 3/4 jar of salsa in crock pot, cook on low for about 4 to 5 hours shred the meat, serve with taco fixings. It is the easiest meal ever and realy good.
