I just finished reading Confessions of a Military Wife. (I loved it) My husband is about to soon deploy for our third time and I was feeling bad that I was not helping my fellow marine wives like they did in the book. I am a certified preschool teacher and also was an FCC provider her on base for 2 years until I needed to work outside my home, which I do now. I am soon to have my third child so with my husband leaving I have been going nuts thinking im gonna have to take 3 kids to my monthly dentist appointments(braces) and every other errand that I had to do. I do not have close friends to call for a babysitting favor so I will have to pay someone. It gets expensive. So on pts I offered FREE babysitting for appointments, errands, date nights. This is the way I feel I can help best. I put it under free category and someone FLAGGED me! What the heck man, I am only trying to help people in my position because I understand and I get flagged! Sorry its long I wanted you to understand everything. Im not a crazy person offering to babysit. Cuz only crazy people offer free babysitting. I have a job and not looking to take the very little money our military families work hard for im just trying to help families out. Im using my phone so sorry for errors. 

Some people really have nothing better to do, sorry that happened to you. I was offering free Scentsy samples once and got removed because they said it belonged in services, that might be why. 

I got flagged a few months ago for "looking for a sitter"!!! They told me it was illegal to post an ad looking for a sitter. I havent posted or barely even looked at the page again until this evening. 

My flagging said it was prohibited. I am not selling anything or offering services just helping. People always put in their ads "help a fellow marine out, we need money...buy our stuff" So I don't get why anybody would even flag for anyreason. I'm doing exactly that helping my fellow marine out and saving them money. I have decided to only offer this to my husbands battalion now. PYS hurt my feelings, lol.

lol..PYS is ridiculous sometimes :/ they should flag the people trying to sell used underwear..O_0..its good to know you did let them get you down wish you the best of luck on your babysitting services :) 

They will flag you know if you put up a babysitting add unless you put your license number in your posting or message it to the PYS people. They said its against the rules to post a add for babysitting on PYS unless you are licensed or FCC. Ridiculous. A FCC provider probably flagged you thinking you where taking money out of there pocket.
On another note be careful offering free babysitting service. There are some not nice people out there who will take advantage of you. I will post a link a facebook page on swapping if you want.

My post are getting flagged as well. It really makes me angry!!! Im sorry its happening to you as well. I never had this issue when i lived in 29 palms but as soon as i moved here all my stuff got flagged for babystter 

I guess it makes sense if you're not allowed to post about services (which babysitting is a service, paid or not).

I guess they are more sticklers for rules.... an idea, post on Care.com for your babysitting needs instead.
