Hmm I LOVE Kale but I have never had kale chips...interesting. I normally eat them boiled in ham hock water seasoned with butter, old bay and vinegar, lol. 

My boss says she just sprays them with olive oil and then uses sea salt and ground black pepper. I've tried them - super yummy :)
