I keep seeing Pacific View 4 Bdrm units on the Hot Sheet - are they that undesireable? I know they are a no pet area, but we don't have pets. I have used the search box and seen a few posts and pictures on here but they have all been the 2 bdrm units, does anyone live in a 4 bdrm that would be willing to show me some pictures? Any help would be appreciated! 

There aren't that many 4 bedrooms. They are all on their own little street. They are a little older and IMO could use a little fixing up. We saw broken windows and they need paint. I think the main detraction is their location right now. They use to never have any homes open because there was a nice Oceanview. You can still see the Ocean but you have the brand new Naval hospital complex being built basically in their back yard. We play on the playground and at the soccer field right next to them. Its very loud during the day. Also the sq ft compared to some of the other homes is 700-800 sq ft less. (at least as posted on lincolns sight. 

I live in Pac View South, in a 3 bedroom, so I can't attest for the 4 bedrooms, but I can say it is very quiet here. I've never had an issue with noise. I love our house.

Docswife do you possibly have any pictures you would be willing to share with me? How is the yard space over there? 

I can take some pics later today for you. As for the yards, we don't have yards, we have oversized patios. I have enough room for a little enclosed trampoline, grill and small patio set while still havin plenty of space to walk around.
