No offense... But I would rather go to Dr. Aaronson if I am going to go all the way to Palm Springs. He is up front, and a really nice guy and his prices are very reasonable. I have yet to get anything done but plan to get my breasts done after I am done having children. I did a lot of research over the course of two years.

I figure first of all, any brand new procedure is bound to have side effects that are not yet known, and or kinks to be worked out.

Also, in my opinion, any doctor that has to advertise, let alone on a chat forum, must not be doing a very good job, or his work would speak for itself. 

Other people who have gotten work done by him have posted on here about him, and let's face it the "one free plastic surgery for military wives" rumor runs rampant all the time. What better place to hawk his business than here lol. 

this is true. Still I would tell people do your research before you get anything done and find a surgeon you like as a person and who is accredited and who you feel most comfortable with. Don't just pick the first cheap surgeon you see. =}
