So we had our bill combined with our uverse for about 6 months. Our bill was $400 a month. Which is nuts because before our cell was $160 and our cable was $120.
I called several times to find out what was up. I even had the manager of the combined billing dept look over the bill.
Well today i asked to have it decombined.
The man in wireless reviewed my account and said my husband's line is being charged for a family plan and my line is being charged for an individual plan. Which makes our bill $70 more than normal!
we went into the store when he got home from deployment and did it all.
now they are telling me they cant take it off?
Im so annoyed! the man on the phone has been so nice but im about to freak out.

I would raise hell! Especially if you never agreed to those plans.

i dont wanna freak out bc he is nice
but he has tried to put it through twice and the system isnt letting him. im about to go back to the store that set us up like this and tell them to shove it!

I was on the phone with att this morning for three hours...i was raising hell. I told them in store I wanted them to take ez pay off cause I just took all the money out of that account because me and myhusband got a new bank...I gave them my new account and this morning they charged me $200 dollars for my cable cause they said there waS a memo saying to pay two months in advance and it was take out of the wrong account. I flipped on customer care cause they transferred me 4 times before I got the right people to talk to. They reversed the charges and I cancelled with no charge. I will never go back to them.

AT&T has been nothing but trouble for us too. I would go in a store and demand to see where you signed consenting to those changes.

Their customer service, and their service in general, is terrible. We actually paid AT&T's early termination fee to switch to verizon. I have been very happy with Verizon's service for almost 2 years now.

Go into an AT&T store if you want good results. I've never had anything but problems with companies doing things over the phone.

Don't raise hell, be nice and they will make it right. I went over my bill & they wiped out @ least 400$. I just didn't get irate about it. Being calm helps a lot. Have u ever wanted to help a person that was irate with u? Trust me kind goes a long way

When we set up internet in our new house they neglected to tell us everything was already done when we moved in (previous tenants had att) so we literallly spent 12 hours waiting for them 3 of those hours I was on the phone trying to figure out where they were, not to mention they still cannot get my name right on my bill... I told the CS lady she was making me so mad and I wanted to speak to a supervisior and she told me well to bad sweetheart you got me... Good thing they record those calls cause I got my supervisior and I put in like a billion complaints about her!

after being nice for to long you get annoyed. 1 hour getting transfered everywhere anf getting told can you hold ...and then taking forevver to come back and say "oh I cannot help you" but i did start off nice.

I agree with Donny no more phone business I am going into the store from now on.

same thing happen to me, i was being charged for individual plans, and i dont know if that happen because when i got the phones I had one disconnected right away cause my hubby was deployed and he connected lke a month later when he got to the states. ANywho ATT fixed it and i was refunded something and never had a problem with them again. ( it was lots of phonecalls and me being a bitch to get this shit done lol)

AT&T for everything is horrible. I had a house phone and Internet with them. The person that had my number before me had long distance with some othe company and I was being charged for it still. I had to call every month for them to fix the bill for almost 4 months and all they would say is I had to cancel it with the other company which I couldn't because it wasn't in my name. so finally I just cancelled the phone line and then two months later the Internet because it kept going out.
