scoop up my neighbors dog crap and throw it onto her porch, no baggie included?
They are always letting their dogs sh!t right in front of my gate and this morning I took my dog out to pee while it was still dark and stepped right in it.
I know they have a poop scoop because they let their dogs crap all over the place and when her husband was home he would come out once a week and scoop it all up.
It just pisses me off. If I am fat and pregnant and can bend over to pick up dog poo, so can SHE!

I believe her husband is deployed or away for training, hence the fact that it never gets picked up anymore.

I don't want to complain if I don't have to because she lets both of their dogs do it and they are only supposed to have 1, which means 1 of them would have to find another home.
I just want good old fashioned revenge but I think I am too nice to do it.

Do it...but I would be really mean and scoop up all of the poop (let it accumulate over a couple days) and dump it all right in front of the door..maybe even in front of the garage door too so she has no way to avoid it.

I have tried to...she isn't home very much since her husband is gone and when she is home she won't answer her door. Maybe I should just leave her a note?
Ehhh maybe I'm just mad because now I have to clean dog poo off of my back porch and my husbands flip flops lol.

Dog owners should scoop up their dogs' sh!t. It's a part of the responsibility to be a pet owner.

However, throwing sh!t @ someones door is classless. We had a neighbor years ago throw dog sh!t @ our windows. He assumed are dogs were the ones that shat on his property.

He was arrested. He was fined. He had to pay my mother.

You're grown. You know right from wrong. I just shared my opinion. And the fact that I've seen individuals allow their frustration to get the best of them & suffer consequences.

I don't know if you witness her dog shitting on your area. If so, I'd continually call housing and be firm on them finding a solution to comply with the rules. Hopefully she'll have a pet owner's aha moment and start scooping.

You can have two dogs in Stuart Mesa, they just recommend you have one.

So if you want to make a complaint they are not going to lose one of their dogs.

we were told 1 dog, no cats. We just moved in a few months ago.

i dogsat for about two weeks and always picked up the dog's poo. if they are too lazy to clean up after their dog, you should teach them a lesson. Just make sure it's the right neighbors. 

maybe you need to confront her with the issue and then let her firmly but nicely know that if she can't control what her animals are doing and cant clean up after them than you are going to have to report it to housing. Maybe a nice reminder of "I would hate for you to have to get rid of one because housing finds out about them" would solve the problem
