This photographer changed around my book that I ordered and told me the day before I was to pick it up. When I called her on it she wouldn't tell me the new order of the pics and just said it would look fine. We went around in circles and she never did tell me what she did. She also told me that if she crashed her car while emailing me on her phone with her kids in the car, that it would be my fault. When I got it today it was smaller than the one I paid for too. Not once did she apologize or own up to the issues. Instead she said that I was blowing things out of proportion and that she was upset with me! I'm the client here! She should be kissing my booty not the other way around. She was just very rude and unprofessional and I filed a complaint with the BBB. Great pictures horrible attitude and business practices.

I had done X-Mas pics with her before and loved them. I didn't see this coming. I'm pissed at the whole situation and the fact that she had the nerve to blame me instead of owning up to the mistakes! Take some responsiblity!

She did family pics for us...they were uh ok I guess. Wasn't worth the $50 though! I wanted some candid/funny pics of the kids all she wanted to take was serious ones! LOL I went to someone else who was much better and she only charged $30 :)

I just think its real ironic that this person started this thread after the ad was posted on here from PYS. Also, the ad has been updated and everything so I'm thinking the bat signal was sent out and this thread is to see what will be posted and by who.

Well utilize that nifty search bar at the top right, and you will learn everything you need to know. You may be there for a while, but the info is there.

The girls in the ads probably signed a release, so that is their own fault. As far as you being the only complaint.....ahahahaa! Proof is in the search bar;) 

yep. now I know. She has these pics up in large prints in her studio too. I would be sooo angry

But yeah, for future reference, PU actually can be a decent place from time to time (when I have the stomache for it anyhow,) because you can sometimes find inside info on stuff like this. 

i had pics of my boys done by here in 08.. lesson learned..

I am sorry that you had such a terrible experience. Believe me you are not the first to have bad experiences with photographers on base. If you have a copy of the pictures on a disk I can order the book that your originally wanted at the size you wanted. Please don't think we are all like that.
