I did have to pay out of pocket for one of my classes since i went over the $2000. (my classes were about $500 for a 3 credit class) My degree I WAS going for was a bachelors..but i did receive my AA ...

I like tricare and prefer calling them then going through Naval. My only concern is the doctor honestly. Because sometimes the doctor out in town that accepts tricare may not be as good.
