I have the paraguard. Have had it in for 3 years and no problems.. I had it in after a c section as well. And it was one huge cramp and done. My periods have lightened as well.

I found out when I was 15 weeks and I was having twins. Both said to be boys. And they were def right. :) and that was a regular ultrasound.
