Hi Ladies, I'm currently pregnant and I found a great prenatal yoga class that I wanted to share with you all! It took me awhile to find one that was affordable and close by so I want to spread the word of this locally & female owned business! The yoga studio, "Peace, Love & Yoga" in Carlsbad by the mall offers classes Monday afternoons and Saturday mornings...the instructors also teach at another location on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ Yoga Munkey in Vista.
