I am looking for groups that help with the spouses learn more about ptsd. My husband is in the IOP and I would like to do a group, or therapy to help me so that I can understand and help him better. Is anyone doing a group or seeing a therapist? Do you have recommendations for someone to see? Feel free to pm me if you feel more comfortable. Thanks.
