How do they tell what housing you rate and who gets concession check, Stuart Mesa for example? Just curious.

THe only housing that offers concession is stuart mesa and serra mesa. Stuart mesa is e4-e5 and serra mesa is e1-3 

Thank you. Stuart Mesa for example, hubby is an e5 .. how do you know if you qualify for the concession check or not? 

as an e5 he rates a 2 bdrm with 0-1 kid. That gives back 400 automatically.

3bdrm is usually if you have 2-3 kids and with that you get 350 back monthly.

4bdm doesn't get concession checks. but currently they are offering a one time move in incentive of 1000

I believe it came out yesterday that the 3bdrm will now get 600 back and the 4bdrm will get back 400. 2bdrm will remain the same.

Sometimes for example, if you rate a 2bdrm, they will allow you to get a 3 bdrm but you would forfeit the concession.
