dont know why this didnt post on the top??

hoping some one has some ideas. i had a c section 6 years ago. the scaring still hurts. i have issues when i work out with it feeling like it is getting puled open. i spoe to my dr and they said its normal for it to still hurt. that i should just try harder to work out my core to build the muscle back up. has anyone else had this problem? im think that maybe if i get a belly band or something that it will help to maybe hold my tummy tight and maybe that will help. or if i get some of the spanx or something like that maybe it will help. any help will be great. im running out of ideas here. thank so much

I have had 2 c-sections the last one was 3 years ago. I've never had any pain more than 3 months after them even when working out.
