I try not to complain, I'm one I those people who always try's to find the good out of any situation. But seriously, what the heck is so hard about picking up your pooches precious poop up when it takes a dump in the middle of someone else's yard? ... Explain the logic in that. .. 

Lol....when I first moved on base I was tempted to buy a bunch of red flags and write on them in black perm marker "does this belong to you?".
I would think that someone who is walking their dog who is too far from a poop bag station and forgot to take a bag with them weren't energetic enough to go get one and come all the way back to pick it up. That's my theory. 

I don't get it either. It's rude and inconsiderate. If I catch someone not picking up after their dog, I call them on it, because if I'm in a 50 acre field, and there's one, just one, pile of hot, steamy dog crap, my kids would manage to step in it.
