I'm looking to get a couple things from there but I've heard some bad things about them. Service wise. I just want to know if it is true or if it's other companies bashing each other.

I don't mind building my own furniture. Most furniture comes with no legs on, etc.

I mainly want to know what their quality and customer service is like! Also, how soon did you get your product after ordering it??

We bought a sofa from Mor. Love them. Service was good, ask for Stefan. Got to pick my delivery date. Love my sectional!!!

My friend just bought a coffee table and end tables from there. They're really nice and she loves them!

We like Jerome's better. More $$ but better quality.

I bought a bed from there 2 years ago. The price was good..... until my daughter plopped down on the bed and the one side board cracked. They sent me a replacement board that cost me $75. And, the holes weren't drilled in the right place. When I called to tell them that the holes were not in the correct place on the replacement board, they told me that the maufacturer makes the bed differently now, and I need to drill extra holes in the bed frame so I can use the new board. If my husband was home, maybe it wouldn't seem like such a big deal...or, he could have went to Lowes and bought a replacement 1x4 board for a lot less. But, that's just my experience. I won't buy from them again because I don't feel confident in the quality or the longevity of the piece that I bought. I'd say it's in the Ikea range.
