My pregnancy brain is getting to me.

I have an allotment where the last payment is due 3/31/13 So does that mean the money was taken from the 03/1 and 03/15 check and I can go ahead and cancel the allotment after 03/15 or do I need to wait until after 04/1 because it takes 03/15 and 04/1 to make the payment? Does any of this make sense? My pregnancy brain is in full swing today.

if its due the 31st, wouldnt that take out from the paycheck from april 1st? maybe thats what it means by that.

Looking back at the LES it looks like they take it 1st and 15th then deposit it on the 31st. Ill just cancel it next week and if we have to make them another payment because it screwed it up its no big deal. It's $100. I'd rather have to do that than try and get a refund of money they shouldn't have gotten.

If you already have an end date in there it should stop on that ending date anyways and you shouldn't have to cancel anything. That's why it asks for an ending date so they know when to stop taking it out of your pay and when to stop paying it.

No the end date is from the people we are paying not the LES. I only have a start date. It started Nov 1st but the first payment wasn't submitted to the company until Nov 30 which is why I think they took $50 from Nov 1 and $50 from Nov 15 to then deposit on the 30th.

Like I said though its $100 so if I cancel it too early for the last payment on the 31st it's really not a big deal.

I see.

I've seen when setting up an allotment in MyPay that you can put an end date on there so that's what I thought you were referring to.
