You may want to check your credit card / debit card statement for a double bill in December. I found that they had charged me twice in December..once on the 18th and once on the 19th. I called to sort it out, and they took care of it right away. Turns out they have switched from one credit card servicer to another (whoever does the actual billing / charging for them?) and this was a mixup from that transition. But I'm sure it wasn't just me, so I'm spreading the word.

Glitches happen, I'm just glad I caught it and wanted to spread the word. They were extremely apologetic.
