Stuart Mesa? 

Stuart Mesa gives back a 350 concession for a 3bdrm if you qualify. 400 for a 2 bdrm. The updated ones are smaller but have nicer counter tops and cabinets.The older ones have vaulted ceilings, 2 car garage and open staircase. The counter tops are white tile and wood cabinets. Personally they have an old people smell.

Pacific view is similar to the older stuart mesa with the vaulted ceiling, 2 car garage and older kitchen. They are very open though. No concession but sometimes they offer an incentive to move in.

No idea about De Luz South but most of them are pretty nice.

Old people smell? Was the ones you where in not occupied? They all have a weird smell not occupied. I live in one that is older and right now it actually smells like wings, its what I made for dinner. Hahaha. 

Out of all those I think the Stuart Mesa renovated homes are the nicest and they give you $400 back... can't beat that! 

The 2 bedrooms in Stuart mesa are really small though. They have updated them and they are nicer than they were but if you have a kid(s) there is not alot of room (no vaulted ceilings in the 2 bedrooms) 

I dont think 1100 sq ft is that small. You would only have one kid here its def managable. Theres only a 100 sq ft difference better the 2 and 3 bedrooms. Pac view has 100-300 more sq footage than stuart mesa homes. Its give and take. Also Pac View is not pet friendly.
