I just wanted to see if any of you have had any ghost experiences in this housing complex?

I lived there for about two years and the last 4-5 months I lived there I heard my closet door upstairs sliding open and what sounded like my blinds moving but I just ignored it. My mother was always into the paranormal so I was sort of used to it lol. But the rest of the time we lived there nothing ever happened. 

I lived there several years ago on two different occasion and in both places I always had nightmares. I kept having dreams where I know I'm awake and some dark shadow would come upstairs and just stand over me and on occasions I could see it had a knife. I brushed them off but then my husband said he would have them as well. Ever since we moved from there neither of us have had a nightmares like those.
