if you don't mind sharing-how much do you pay for your off base housing? How many bedrooms? Utilities included? 

1,430 san clemente. Utilities not included. 1 bed one bath 

$1490 Carlsbad, 1 bedroom. $60 of that is pet rent. $55 water, $50 electric. $11 renters insurance. 

$1435 in Oceanside for a 2 bed, 2 bath. Gas, water, sewer & trash are included the $1435. We pay electricity which is about $50/month. 

$1800 in Carlsbad for a 2 BR/2.5 bath. Utilities aren't included. 

$1950 for a 2400 sq ft house, close to base. 3 bedrooms (the master is huge!), 2.5 bath, living room, family room and large yard. We have pets but don't pay extra, and we pay utilities. 

We just moved on base, from an apartment out in town. 1190 for a 2bd/2ba 950 sq. ft. Utilities were an extra 70....tops. 

945 in Fallbrook, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We pay about 30 extra a month for utilities. 

We live in a single family home in South Oceanside, near Fire Mountain...
