Can We ice report a doctor or office on base? Myson got his 15 month shots at the 52 area clinic. After they gave his shots they told me he didn't get one because they were out and to just get it at his next appointment. OK that was fine. Iasked for a list of what he got that day they saidno. I told them I needed it for my records. The moron told me he couldn't do that. In other words he was a complete idiot and had no idea how to do his job. Now the office won't look to See if the papers were misplaced. They just wrote on his file that he is current on shots? I don't know what to do! Please help. 

I know at the on base clinic we go to they give us the print out or they write it on our shot record the yellow cards which shots they got. And they also give you hand outs on the info reguarding the immunizations they got.

Do you have a yellow shot record? 

Yes I asked they guy for the printout and to fill out the card. He said no he was busy and couldn't do it. 

Uh then I would of asked to talk to higher up bc they are supossed to fill out the card and give you print outs. You shouldnt of left until they gave that to you.
