It is so sad to see children under the age of two unattended and wandering in the streets. Bad parenting!! 

think we have had this convo before..yeah its pretty sad! 

Sadly this happens too much on CP. In our area there are always children 1,2,3 unattended for hours outside at the park. I mean HOURS. No parent comes out and checks, they will have their door shut. I dont know about things here. My kids dont go outside unlesss im out there with them.
