Not a problem :) A friend of mine has been going to Dr. Carola Hauer for almost 2 years and I've seen a drastic (good) change in her to where she hardly sees Carola now and she referred me to her and so I then started seeing Carola myself. 

I dont have any good recs but please do not go to Mary Wake in carlsbad. I tried her and she was very impersonal.
Lynn Erwin is a great counselor though if you are looking for one :)
