I am 6 weeks pregnant. Does anyone know if there are any prenatal yoga classes on base or around? if so, please share info. I googled a few classes around vista and oceanside but would prefer a class on base.
Many thanks :)

the gym schedule is on mccscp.com, there is a class there that states it is suitable for pregnant mommas, they are free. You can also do normal yoga up until about 16 weeks, just avoid laying on your stomach. When you get further along I would suggest going to Babies In Bloom for their class, i loved it!

Thank you, I am going to try the yoga classes at the gym on base. If I feel like I would prefer a one on one class I will give that # a call :) Thank you guys for all the help!!!! My first appointment is on the 12th and will ask my doctor first before I get started on yoga sessions!

I'm 37 weeks and finally just found out that there is prenatal yoga that the ob clinic does at the naval hospital and prenatal pilates through physical therapy at the naval hospital.

I wish I could have got that info sooner :)
